Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Weighvy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Weighvy is a weight tracking application that helps users monitor their weight over time, set goals, and visualize progress. The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
Subscription Terms
Free Trial
- New users receive a 1-month free trial with full access to all features
- No payment is required to start the free trial
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
Subscription
- After the free trial, a yearly subscription is required to continue using the app
- Subscriptions are billed annually through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the app
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
- Keep your device and account secure
Health Disclaimer
Weighvy is not a medical device or service.
- The app is for informational and tracking purposes only
- Weight data and insights are not medical advice
- Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any weight loss program
- Do not use this app to diagnose or treat any health condition
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Weighvy are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of weight predictions or goal estimates
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription
Data and Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
